app could use a nice onboarding for features in new version, even for logged in users - a missed opportunity. im also not a big fan of the new icon; poor perspective distortion and very adidas-y for no reason.

I was an Omnifocus user looking for simplicity but still powerful enough to meet my needs. Todoist is the answer! Clean interface, quick sync, project and task nesting and the today and 7 day view is perfect for weekly planning. I would like to see a start date along with the due date option. Right now I use the due date as the start date and have to put a note in on when the task is due, a bit of a pain. For projects it would be good to have a project purpose or description so when sharing projects others can see the purpose of the project. Adding notes has been improved in this version; however, on iPhone can’t press return to add more notes or format notes just have to keep typing. None of these are big issues to me but enhancements that would make the program even better! Keep up the good work, I really like the new look!!

Great app, could be 4 stars. I give 2 because of the pushy red bar that appears after a few days of use in the web app. It is realy annoying!

If you have todoist you dont need to remember anything! Love this for everything. Especially the outlook addin.

This is best productivity app in market! Simple yet effective.

The best, most simple and well though of Todo list and task manager I ever used. Just one missing capability: to program a task to be done over a certain period of time, something like over three days. We would see the task each day even if the is to be done on the third day. Integration with Outlook is perfect and the capacity to manage all tasks lists on many platforms is so welcome! Congratulation Todoist team!

Spent years jumping from one app to the next. Tried analog and digital. Nothing is as simple to use and to implement gtd with than Todoist. Yes, you have to pay for it. You get what you pay for. Like many things in life, commit to it for at least a month and itll become a part of your routine.

Not a bad task app but too expensive for annual subscription. I like check lists. This app does not have.

Cannot recommend this highly enough, it has changed my work environment! I am in a position where things are very fluid and fast moving yet there are still daily tasks that need to be accomplished as well. Combined with my laptop and MS Outlook, it has revolutionized my day. The biggest advantage is that I no longer have to worry that I am forgetting something and my mind is so much more clear and focused because I am not having to remember a thousand things at any given time. It goes into Todoist and is gone from my mind but not forgotten. And it it very intuitive to use as well, which makes it that much more apt to be used instead of ignored because it becomes a chore instead of a tool. If you are feeling swamped or dont seem to have time to get everything done, download this app!

Best to do app on the market and works great on my MacBook and PC. The Apple Watch functionality is a nice bonus and wouldnt use another to do app ... 5 Stars

Downloaded ToDoist last fall, in a short while started to work with it daily , now my wife is using hers and she likes it too. We sync our appointments and plans we schedule together like going to the theatre or dinners out. Were a bit older so this app helps us to not forget important stuff like family birthdays and synced to our calendars its very useful. We compliment it with Evernote for saving articles and important notes. A far better app for us than Notes Suite was.

Great app for organizing your business and life goals.

This has helped me organize my life and my business so much better than I was able to previously. Its simple and incredibly easy to use.

I like it but I would also like to be able to sort the tasks by using the s key in an ios device.

Best todo app for busy people who need to handle a lot of on-going projects. The chronological order makes it easy to prioritize your time and sort out complex situations. The daily email and todo karma I personally find is cute, but I can see where it can get annoying and you can turn it off.
