Todoist: To-Do List & Planner App Reviews

The only reason Ive paid for the annual Premium service -*SMS text reminders* is still not working correctly. Seems to only work for about 5-10% of the SMS reminders set. Customer service cant figure out the issue (how many times can I delete and reinstall the app before I go crazy)? Check this setting, check that setting...it worked great for months, but in the last 4-6 weeks its junk.Its basically a joke at this point, and they wont refund my Premium service payment...even though their product doesnt perform as advertised. Frustrated!

Update: Back to one star. New update has introduced a lot of ridiculous bugs. Poor testing. For me its what I have decided to use after trying every major option available on IOS. The program is quick, easy to use, and has great syncing across devices. Where it falls short is mainly the lack of true Siri integration like omnifocus. In addition, there is a lot of opportunity to improve the force touch functionality. One of the first changes should be a quicker way to assign or change projects for tasks.

Notifications turn off and calendar wont come up for a site date on a task now. It used to work great but is useless now. Waste of money

Todoist is amazingly well done todo list app. Also it is the perfect example of what flat design should be.

Very happy with this app for OSX, iOS and the companion Apple Watch app. Helps me keep track of little things (like when a TV show season starts) and big things (like vacation to-do items), as well as all the things in between. I like the way I can sub-categorize and organize the tasks. Without the reminders, Id be lost...Very nice!!! Highly recommended.

I have tried so many todo apps. Todoist is the best and easiest in every way. Highly recommend it.

i have been using the app for a week and have been really happy with it. i was just wondering if it would be possible to add multiple account access through the app? i have one account i use for work and one for home and personal projects. it would be great if i could toggle between the two without having to log out. thanks!

Its my go-to productivity app. I use it to make Eisenhower Matrix priority lists and it simply rocks. The interface and reliability are peerless.

This is by far my favorite GTD app. I love the Apple Watch app it comes with.

I wanted a simple app to replace my paper to do lists that could be viewed by day of the week. This app is perfect for me ! And its free !!

Pretty good app, but not great. Also, my experience with support in these first days of having it is not good at all.

If you need "Reminders", Tasks and Projects, this is worth considering, especially Premium version. It helps me stay organized both personal and business, including travel plans, pay personal and business bills. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is it lacks iPhone 5 effective search functions.

Update just causes repeated crashes. App wont even open.

I have been using this app for a while. However repeated crashes happen after I updated. Never opened after that
